His research seeks to explore the intersection of business and society, with an emphasis on generating both theoretical insights and empirical evidence that can inform practical applications.

Teaching Statement

I integrate my research into teaching business ethics and sustainability across various academic levels. I taught courses including Business and Sustinability, Integrative Management, Business Ethics and CSR, Organizational Theory & Design, Organizational Behaviour, and Strategic Management. My teaching philosophy emphasizes interactivity and the application of management theories to real-world problems, aiming to cultivate insightful and compassionate practitioners.
