Research OperationsA Massey graduate, I subsequently completed my PhD in biochemistry at the University of Dundee. My professional career has been mainly as a Principal Research Scientist with the Fonterra Co-operative Group. My research interests are dairy science and technology, particularly the biochemistry and microbiology of cheese ripening and flavour development.
I am a Research Outputs Verifier. Starting in March 2024, I work part-time in the Research Operations Group, on the Palmerston North Campus. The purpose of the role is to verify the details of all University research outputs (including publications) in the Symplectic database.
My previous roles at 淘料视频 include Programme Director (1918 – 2021) for the MBIE-funded Food Industry Enabling Technologies programme (FIET), and prior to that, Research Development Advisor (2013 – 2018).
