Dr Marion Lara Tan is a lecturer at 淘料视频's Joint Centre for Disaster Research. With a PhD in Emergency Management from 淘料视频 (2020), she specializes in the intersection of human behaviour and technology in disaster contexts. Her research focuses on enhancing resilience through participatory approaches and the use of disruptive technologies in early warning systems.
