Rodney Adank is an industrial design academic with 25 years’ experience across product design and development and institutes of design, technology and creative arts.

Rodney has been awarded research funding for national design and industry collaborations focusing on affective aspects of product design, along with speculative research funding focusing housing affordability, resilience, and health and wellbeing. He has led numerous design research projects resulting in international Red Dot awards.

He studied at the Wellington Polytechnic School of Design and subsequently at the College of Creative Arts: Dip ID and MDes (Dist).
